Riverdale Review: How long have you been on the Riverdale Review?
Ava DiFelice: I was on the Riverdale Review for three years. I joined as a sophomore.
RR: What was your position on the Riverdale Review?
AD: As a sophomore I wrote articles, then I was culture editor junior year, and managing editor senior year. As a managing editor, I was in charge of the feature section.
RR: Why did you join the Review?
AD: I think the Riverdale Review is a fun concept and it’s cool to be able to design the different pages. I am a humanities person so it fits with that.
RR: What’s a highlight or funny story you have from your time on the Review?
AD: A funny story I have from the review is one time I sent in a layout that wasn’t properly formatted and Leo and I got into a whole battle over text. I let him know who was really the boss.
RR: What was your favorite part about being on the Review?
AD: I liked doing the layouts and I like to think I made mine fun and colorful. I enjoyed making the layouts visually pleasing.
